Content, images, and calls to action

People do not visit a website to admire its code. They visit to understand something, solve a problem, or decide what to do next.

Plain meaning

Content is what the site says and shows. A call to action is the clear next step you invite the visitor to take.

Write for questions, not for yourself

Visitors usually want to know: What do you offer? Is it right for me? Can I trust you? How much effort is involved? Good content answers those questions quickly.

Use images with a job

  1. Show the real experience: Use honest photos, examples, or screenshots.
  2. Explain the message: Choose images that make the text easier to understand.
  3. Load quickly: Resize and compress large images.
  4. Describe important images: Add useful alternative text for people using screen readers.

Make the next step obvious

Weak: “Learn more”

Clear: “Book a free consultation,” “View available vehicles,” or “Start your application.”

Next step

For every page, write one main sentence and choose one main action. If everything is emphasized, visitors cannot tell what matters most.
